Our shared moral purpose is to make a difference for all pupils’ learning experiences and outcomes.
To do this, it is vital that we reflect the communities we serve. Our decisions will be better because of it – whether it is through programme content or delivery by our facilitators, evidence leads, subject and phase leads, central team and partners. We are passionate about making schools and the teacher development landscape more inclusive and diverse.
We are also focused on improving our own diversity and inclusion as a partnership.
For us, this means that The Exchange Partnership deliberately pursues equity, actively seeks diversity and consciously promotes inclusion to create a sense of belonging for all people. We promote teaching as a profession of choice for all groups in society, including those which have been historically marginalised, and we encourage all colleagues from underrepresented and diverse backgrounds to be involved in developing other teachers and school leaders.
