Vision and Values

Our vision is for local delivery of world-class professional development for teachers and school leaders at every stage in their careers. We recognise and reward colleagues’ efforts to promote sharing of outstanding practice between schools and trusts.

As a partnership, we have co-constructed a set of values that define us and our ways of working. We wish for all of our participants to experience the professionalism and courtesy mirrored in these values during our sessions and in every interaction with us. It is very important to us that all members of our partnership exemplify these five core values.
